Lamisil Daily Therapy is not for daily use.
If you are experiencing symptoms of bacterial vaginosis or vaginal infection, you may be offered menstrual products such as Gels, Cem PLUS, Neisseria, or L'effet lubricant. You can also get medication for symptoms of vaginitis without prescription.
If you are experiencing symptoms of vaginal infection, you may be offered medication such as D& C Yellow Book or NeoCare cream to replenish your vaginal flora. You can also get medication for vulval or other infection that requires cure by passing the product through a pass method with a specially trained health care provider or pharmacist. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions before use.
If you are experiencing symptoms of an allergic reaction to Lamisil, you must be monitored for signs of an allergic reaction including:
You must be told by your healthcare provider if you are allergic to any other medications such as Lamisil, Terfenadine, St. John's wort products, or any other medicines you are taking such as St. John's wortnantin capsules, NeoCare Cream, Neovit® 0.625, Voltaren Cream, Vaseline, or other oil-acerbating cream.
You can take Lamisil Daily Therapy at any time of the day. You should not take Lamisil Daily Therapy if you are taking cyclosporine or glucocorticosteroid medications such as:
Lamisil (terbinafine) is an antifungal medication that fights fungus-caused infection. It treats infections caused by fungus affecting fingernails, toenails and even scalp hair of children ages 4 and above.
Lamisil is an effective treatment for athlete’s foot. It provides healthy foot care with its fungus-fighting properties. Terbinafine hydrochloride treats fungal or yeast infections causing athlete’s foot. It kills the fungus, liketinea cruris(jock itch), ringwormandcandida albicans(athlete’s foot) to prevent it from reproducing and ultimately, stop infection. Terbinafine is available in cream, powder or tablet forms. If used as a cream, it may be applied topically to treat infections located on the superficial skin. The best part about Terbinafine cream is it takes effect in just half the time needed by other antifungal creams.
Fungal infections like jock itch, ringworm and athlete’s foot can be sensitive to the components of Lamisil. Do not use Lamisil 1% and avoid it after the expiry date (2026). This medication should not be used with fluconazole, which is an antifungal with terbinafine. There may be other ingredients in the product. Talk to your pharmacist for more and save the dose for your preference. Do not use the patch if you are also using miconazole, yeronicetac and miconazole-containing hair growth products. If you are using the single-dose treatment for yeast infections, you should not use Lamisil.
